The Cottage is fully self contained, comprising an open plan kitchen and living room; three bedrooms; one bathroom; separate toilet and a laundry area.
The Kitchen/living room has fully self contained facilities including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, cutlery and crockery. A dining table and 6 chairs plus sofa and easy chairs make a comfortable living area. The room has a central wood burning combustion stove for cold, winter days; and a reverse cycle air conditioner for warmer days. Additional heaters are also supplied. A television, DVD player and radio/cd player provide entertainment.
There are three bedrooms, one of which has a queen bed. The next bedroom has four single beds with plenty of play area for children. The third bedroom has two single beds which can be joined to make a king size bed. All beds are supplied with linen, and towels are also supplied to guests.
The bathroom has a shower and a vanity unit.
Outside, the garden is fully fenced so is ideal for the safety of small children. As pets are also welcomed to Ryelands, the garden is ideal.
TARIFF
$120 for 2 per night, $25 for each additional adult or child over 5 years of age per night. Children under 5 free of charge.
